1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 499db platform, including all betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, payment services, and any other features made available through https://499db.io and its subdomains ("the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or special conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

499db reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 499db Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 499db operates a strict 21+ age policy and does not permit minors to register or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the Platform, or you must be a Bangladeshi national with a valid Bangladesh-registered mobile wallet or bank account for payment processing.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or court order that prohibits you from participating in gambling activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Bangladeshi law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or third party when registering or placing bets on the Platform.

499db reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point to confirm that these eligibility conditions are being met. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 499db Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or parallel accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Any changes should be communicated to 499db support at [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 499db will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 499db support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

499db may at any time require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting copies of government-issued identity documents (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 499db reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 499db Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not support foreign currency deposits or withdrawals.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

499db currently supports the following deposit methods:

• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — instant mobile wallet deposit

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 499db reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 499db account balance instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited. 499db is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Prohibited Payment Sources

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or anonymous payment sources are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed for compliance.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 499db does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission in standard operating conditions. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 1–3 business hours once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

5.4 Verification Requirements

499db reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if KYC documentation has not been completed, if there is suspected fraudulent activity on the account, or if there is an ongoing bonus wagering requirement that has not been fulfilled.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

499db offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out here.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn, the Player must complete a specified wagering requirement ("rollover requirement"), the details of which will be stated clearly in the individual promotional terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time window will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game types, and time restrictions. Players who have been identified as bonus abusers — including those who open multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will be disqualified from all current and future promotions and may have their accounts closed.

Bonuses already credited to a Player's account before a modification will be honoured under the original terms, unless there is evidence of abuse.

6.4 Seasonal Promotions

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 499db Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question, as published on the Platform. General rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. 499db does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except in cases of a verified technical error on the part of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), 499db reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by market, game, and Player account tier.
• Cricket betting markets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In-play markets are settled at the conclusion of the relevant in-play event.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to the Player's available balance immediately upon settlement of the game round.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499db Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or location.

• Exploitation of software errors: knowingly exploiting a bug, glitch, or pricing error to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Unauthorised access: attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's systems, source code, or infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 499db Platform — including but not limited to the 499db brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, and all other materials — is the property of 499db or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 499db.
• Use the 499db brand name, logo, or any other Platform trademarks for commercial purposes.
• Create derivative works, data-scrape, or systematically extract content from the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any part of the Platform on a third-party website without express written permission.

Where statutory law in Bangladesh confers rights on consumers that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by this clause.

499db's total aggregate liability to any individual Player, for all claims arising from or related to use of the Platform in any twelve-month period, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the same period.

13. Amendments to These Terms

499db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where practicable, 499db will provide advance notice of significant changes via a Platform notification or email to registered Players.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 499db Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
